Collective Impact (2021 - 2022) Stakeholder engagement aimed at a vision for multifunctional land use reform, Creative Denmark (2021-2022) concept, budget, fundraising and process advisor for a new visitor’s center in BLOX, Kongelunden (2020), A new, regenerative vision for a recreative area in Aarhus, Denmark. Awarded an honourable mention in the open vision contest for Kongelunden - in collaboration with Tredje Natur, Matter by Brix and Manifestus. Realfiction (2020), Strategic sparring for the CEO on their Project Echo, a revolutionary new approach in directional pixel technology and holographic screen technology, which could also save 80% of energy consumption on existing 2D-screens. Healthcare Denmark (2019 / 2020), Winning & scoping a new national visitor’s centre for Healthcare Denmark, a public-private partnership promoting Danish Healthcare Technology to international visitors. Nykredit (2018), Design and innovation process involving internal and external stakeholders aimed at developing ideas for the Bank of the Future and defining the role Nykredit, as a customer-owned institution, should play in society. Jyske Bank (2016 / 2017), Concept development for new, digitally enhanced branding concepts. Copenhagen Municipal Libraries (2014), User participation process using utopiatyping to develop strategies for the future of the municipality’s libraries. City Voices (2006), Participatory design process aimed at creating a strong, value-based foundation for what later became Dokk1, the main library in Aarhus. The Harbour Game (2002 / 2003), A project challenging Aarhus municipality’s approach to urban development and citizen participation through a game-based participatory strategy involving a large number of stakeholders in developing ideas for the central harbour areas in Aarhus. Danske Bank (2001 / 2002), External consulting for Danske Bank aimed at securing common standards for usability across more than 800 websites, which were all part of the Dansk Bank family.
